Players may enter with a Credit Card* ( MasterCard, Visa, or American Express ) by calling a Tournament Official by the entry deadline at one of the following telephone numbers listed below: * ( a Non-Refundable 3% convenience fee will be added to all credit card transactions ).

Please note that the entry must be received at the Tour office by the entry deadline). All entry deadlines are listed on the tournament schedule. BE SURE TO NOTE WHICH EVENT YOU ARE CHOOSING TO ENTER ON THE ENTRY FORM. All information on the entry form MUST be filled out and MUST include your check or money order to be accepted.( DO NOT SEND CASH)
